Our Process

Brief.

The initial design phase is essential. We will establish the brief from yourself; your goals, your needs, your wants and how you and/or your family live your life. Importantly, budget will be discussed to see how we may be able to achieve your goals.

Design Concept & Estimation.

Our design, architect or drafts person will prepare a concept based on the initial brief, with a floor layout. An estimation for the build will also be provided. We will work closely with yourself to finesse the concept, adjusting where required to ensure we meet your needs and within the relevant council regulations.

Submission.

Once you (and us, we care about your home) are happy with the final plans, we will establish the working drawings, with all the required documentation and engineering specifications and submit to the relevant council.

Contract.

Once final drawings are approved by the council and we are awarded building permit, we will create your building contract for signing by the relevant parties.

Building Your Home.

THE MOST EXCITING PHASE FOR US! We will then commence building your new home or renovation. We will constantly be communicating with you during the entire building process, meeting you on-site as required.

Practical Completion.

We will reach a point where it is time to handover your new keys!! We will walk you through your brand-new home, or renovation, to ensure we have built your home to the highest of standards. THE MOST EXCITING PHASE FOR YOU!

Post Build.

We care about the homes we build, and we care about our clients. We will keep in close contact with you post-handover and rectify any concerns that may arise under our contract and agreement with you.
